The Story of Zantello’s Interior Care LLC
Zantello’s Interior Care LLC was originally started in 1985 by Kraig’s father, the late Ken Zantello. The cleaning business was then called Ken’s Interior Care. While he mostly cleaned carpets, he also provided the services of painting and detailing vehicles. Ken died suddenly in 1992 and so did the business. Kraig, at the time, was attending WMU to become a teacher. After he graduated in 1995, he decided that instead of teaching, he wanted to reopen the family business and in the spring of 1996 Zantello’s Interior Care LLC was up and going. The business has steadily grown over the last twelve years. Kraig has upgraded all of his equipment, from a portable machine that was taken into his client’s houses, to a van-mounted unit totally encased inside the van. He now has two van-mounted units.
Kraig attends cleaning classes every year. He purchases all of his equipment from a company in Indianapolis called Bane Clene, and they provide different cleaning specialist classes. He is certified in all Bane Clene equipment and products. Even though Kraig is the owner of the company, he still is one of the full-time cleaners.
Kraig is married to Bethany, who is the receptionist and office administrator for Zantello’s Interior Care LLC, and they have three children: Mason, Preston and Charlotte.
